The National Flag of Germany (Bundesrepublik Deutschland)
Germany's ecomony is the fifth largest in the world! It is one of those countries that has a zero percent population growth. In January 1999, Germany and 10 other EU countries introduced a common European exchange currency, the euro (which keeps gaining ground against the dollar. Hey, vacation in the US, its cheaper! Have you seen Yellowstone? You gotta go there. While you’re at it, rent an RV and get one of our flagpoles and RV ladder mounts... hum... good idea!)
Our version of the German tri-color is made of light-weight polyester for durability and a long and happy life. Maybe God should have made us out of polyester... I wonder if He ever thought of that?
Oh, did I mention that this is one of those big 3' by 5' flags? When you open it up in the house it looks really big, but put it on our 23' flagpoles (only $49.99) and it looks a lot smaller. 23 feet is way up there! |
