This stand is designed to be used indoors and on concrete or asphalt surfaces where other mounting systems cannot be used.
Easy to use and easy to store, this stand comes with its own carry bag. The mount is designed for use with our 16 foot three piece sectional pole (S16P) but will work with any pole with a 1 inch opening (1" ID) including our 16 foot black banner pole. For outdoor use we recommend adding the water bag for weight. This product is not recommended for use in high wind conditions.
